The Real Estate industry at its core is a relationship business. My mission is to provide the best customer experience, educate my clients on the current real estate process, provide investment guidance, always put my client's needs first, and communicate every step of the way, while building strong relationships.
Johnnie Chin worked on the lending side of the real estate industry when he realized that it was much more enjoyable working directly with people. As an agent, he is able to help them accomplish either purchasing their dream home or selling it to move on to upgrade, downsize or relocate. Working as a Loan Officer and having experience with purchasing, selling homes and investment properties provided Johnnie with the knowledge and background to transition to real estate.
Johnnie’s career as a professional chef taught him how to provide a high level of customer service that he was able to implement in his real estate business model. The favorite part of this job for him is to see a client’s face light up when they find their perfect home and get the keys at closing.
When recharging, Johnnie’s experience as a former professional Chef kicks in as he loves to create spectacular dishes for friends and family whether it be smoking a brisket for 16 hours or to create a fine dining experience. He absolutely loves to be outdoors and enjoys exploring new places, countries, and cultures.
